All of the included companies sent me full-size items which I loved reviewing, most of them worth a total value of $30 or more if a giveaway was included/$50 or more if not. My time is valuable, so in order for me to find products worth an hour or so of the time it takes to write about them I try to be sure they're worth it--sample sized items are never worth a blogger's time and you won't find any of that type here.
