The Traveling Sisterhood: Namaste Baking Mixes #Giveaway #GlutenFree

Namaste Baking Mixes #Giveaway #GlutenFree

We recently tried Namaste's Italian Herb Seasoned Coating Mix.  I decided to go the baked Chicken Parmesan route (one of my absolute favorite meals) with the seasoning and it was so delicious!  To make, run your boneless-skinless thin chicken cuts under water, shake in a bag of coating mix, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.  Top with your choice of marinara sauce and shredded Italian cheese.  Bake for another 10 minutes.  I like to serve mine with fettuccine noodles and garlic knots, and add broccoli for color and b/c my kiddos love "broccoli trees"!

  18. I eat gluten but not meat; a close friend is gluten free and dairy free. I have some trouble finding new things to make that we can both eat when she comes over (at some point, flourless chocolate cake made with coconut oil gets old). I'd love some fresh new mixes!
